Job Overview The Sales Managerwill be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, and retailers. This role requires a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, including market trends, supply chain logistics, and customer needs. The Sales Manager will develop and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing strategic guidance to drive performance. We are seeking a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage and grow key accounts. This role is pivotal in achieving revenue targets and strengthening our position as a market leader. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. 2. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts. 3. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure product availability and promotion. 4. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. 5. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, setting performance goals and providing training and support. 6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership. Qualifications Required * 5 years in sales, preferably in food & beverage manufacturing. * Strong understanding of supply chain, distribution channels, and industry regulations. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
