The Opportunity As a Sales Development Representative , you'll be on the front lines of our outreach efforts--connecting with homeowners via outbound calls and generating interest in our remodeling services. Your goal: book qualified appointments for our outside sales consultants to close. You'll use a proven script and CRM, work from curated call lists, and play a critical role in filling our pipeline with interested, motivated homeowners. What You 'll Do * Make 150+ outbound calls per day to homeowners across Southern California using provided lead lists * Introduce Carbon Remodeling and spark interest in our services (roofing, painting, windows, landscaping, etc.) * Qualify prospects by asking basic questions about their home, needs, and budget * Set confirmed appointments for our field sales team to meet with interested homeowners * Log activity and notes in the CRM * Follow up on older leads and re-engage past inquiries * Hit weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals Why Work with Us?
