Company Overview: We are a growing ice supply company providing high-quality ice products to industries such as construction, retail, hospitality, food service, and convenience stores. Our mission is to deliver reliable ice solutions to businesses that depend on it daily. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to identify and acquire new customers. This role is $20,000 salary plus commission based, offering unlimited earning potential for high-performing sales professionals. Job Summary: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business accounts. Your goal is to increase company revenue by bringing in new customers and fostering strong relationships to ensure continued sales. You will work independently to target high-potential industries and customers while leveraging company-provided leads, marketing materials, and training. The sales representative will work remotely with one office visit per week. This role offers a base salary of $20,000, with additional commission opportunities tied directly to your sales performance. The more revenue you generate, the more you earn. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential new customers in target industries (construction, retail, hospitality, convenience stores, and food service). Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. Present and sell ice products to potential customers by explaining pricing, delivery options, and benefits. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term customer relationships. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and agreements. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and deliveries. Participate in monthly sales meetings and provide updates on progress toward revenue goals. Compensation & Incentives: This role offers a base salary of $20,000, with additional commission opportunities tied directly to your sales performance. Commission Structure: * Earn commissions on all sales revenue from new customers for the first 12 months. * Tiered commission rates reward higher performance: * 10% on the first $270,000 in new sales * 12% on revenue between $270,001 - $540,000 * 15% on revenue above $540,000 Bonuses for Performance: * $5,000 Mid-Year Bonus for generating $270,000 in new customer revenue within 6 months. * $10,000 Annual Achievement Bonus for reaching $540,000 in total new sales. * Company-Wide Goal Bonus if the company meets or exceeds its overall revenue growth target (amount TBD). Commission Payouts: * Paid monthly on the second Friday of the following month. * Monthly reports will track sales progress and commission earnings.
