Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service while effectively promoting our products and services. This role is a Commission-only independent contractor (1099). Pay is 50% Commission on all profit above 35% margin, with quarterly bonuses for recurring customer orders while actively selling. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales. * Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to improve offerings. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service. * Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions. Requirements * Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; experience in B2B sales is a plus. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred. * A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
