Apply today!Compensation: $150,000 Responsibilities: * Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly * Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly * Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate * Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings * Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Qualifications: * Team player who believes their success is the team's success * Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry * Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies * Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself * Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills About Company We are an award-winning, top 10 San Diego County team and specialize in price points of 1-3mm in the north county.
