Summary Landry?s Bicycles is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help customers achieve their cycling goals and grow their passion for riding. In this role, you?ll connect people to the right bikes, gear, and services?delivering transformational customer experiences in a fast-paced, community-driven environment. This is more than just a retail job. It?s a customer-focused, product- driven, passion-powered role that blends cycling knowledge with exceptional hospitality. You?ll help lead the sales floor, support the team in delivering consistent service, and drive sales performance that supports Landry?s mission to improve lives and grow ridership by promoting bicycling for fun, fitness, and transportation. Who You Are * Passionate about cycling and excited to help others find joy on two wheels. * Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic about people?you thrive in a social, energetic sales environment. * Proactive and adaptable , with a willingness to lead by example on the sales floor. * A clear communicator , capable of working as part of a team and independently. * Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and invested in growing your own product knowledge and sales skills. * Duties* Key Duties include: * Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to needs, offering product recommendations, and making each customer feel welcome and valued. * Maintain deep product knowledge of bicycles, accessories, clothing, and services?and stay current with new arrivals and technologies. * Assist with floor leadership , helping set the tone for staff energy, pace, and sales support during daily operations. * Execute daily merchandising, restocking, and store upkeep to ensure a clean, organized, and inspiring retail environment. * Support training and onboarding of new sales team members, modeling Landry?s customer service and brand values. * Educate customers about Landry?s service programs, rides, and events to grow deeper relationships and community connection. * Take initiative to achieve personal and store-wide sales goals , while maintaining a customer-first approach. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: * Passion for cycling ready to share with others * Interest in working in a team environment committed to providing excellent sales and service experience while increasing sales through service * Strong attention to detail * Ability to maintain open and positive relations with employees and customers * Interest in developing own skills and knowledge * Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends * Ability to periodically lift 40 pounds Benefits Why Work at Landry?s?
