Your responsibilities will include: * Managing and developing ongoing commercial relationships with assigned customers. * Identifying and developing new business opportunities to ensure sustained growth in your territory. * Conducting market analysis and crafting sales strategies to identify high-potential growth areas. * Negotiating pricing to ensure both customer satisfaction and profitability. * Acting as the primary technical expert for your customers, providing in-depth knowledge of BECHEM products relating to industrial processes. * Collaborating with multiple internal departments to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction. * Representing BECHEM at local and international trade fairs, conferences, and seminars. * Traveling domestically (30-40%) and internationally as needed to support customer relationships and foster collaboration with our German headquarters. Key Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. * A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in lubricants, coolants, corrosion inhibitors, or related products (preferred). * Experience in metal removal, non-ferrous wire drawing, or cold heading markets (preferred). * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a global team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, sales partners, and internal teams. * Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to improve processes and exceed customer expectations. * Goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering results.
