Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in Specialty Pharmaceuticals. Prior management experience and expertise in Dermatology and Podiatry are preferred. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with strong industry relationships and the ability to develop a high-performing sales team. Frequent travel is required. Key Responsibilities Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team * Manage a team of Sales Representatives across the Midwest and West Coast. * Train, develop, and coach sales representatives to maximize performance. * Ensure ethical and effective sales practices that drive consistent territory growth. Drive Sales Strategy and Execution * Work with Senior Management to develop and execute sales strategies. * Provide insights into market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. * Maintain and oversee sales data, targets, budgets, and expenses. Physician and Market Engagement * Leverage existing relationships in the Dermatology and Podiatry markets. * Maintain a deep understanding of products, competitors, and industry regulations. * Ensure compliance with FDA, PhRMA, and PDMA regulations. Travel and Reporting * Regular weekly travel is required for field visits, meetings, and industry engagement. * Report directly to Executive Management on sales performance and initiatives. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. * Five or more years of sales leadership experience in Dermatology or Podiatry is preferred. * High personal motivation and work ethic, with an entrepreneurial mindset. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Ability to travel frequently as required. * Valid driver's license required.
