Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on building relationships with property managers of low-income housing for seniors and individuals with disabilities across Northern Arkansas, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be creative, outgoing, and driven to help clients in need while achieving measurable results. Key Responsibilities: * Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong connections with property managers of low-income housing communities. * Community Outreach : Perform 7-10 in-service presentations weekly, each lasting approximately one hour, to educate potential clients and property managers. * Client Targeting : Focus on reaching individuals with Medicaid who need assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). * Lead Generation : Identify and secure 20-25 qualified leads each month by collecting necessary client information, including names, phone numbers, and dates of birth, to pass on to the Medicaid eligibility team. * Event Planning : Utilize your monthly marketing budget creatively to organize engaging activities, such as providing food, hosting bingo, or planning other activities, to attract and educate potential clients. * Strategic Marketing : Develop and implement innovative strategies to effectively reach target clients and expand our network in the region. * Area Coverage : Travel within Northern Arkansas to ensure widespread outreach. Qualifications * Proven experience in marketing, sales, community outreach, or a related field. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and think creatively to solve challenges. * Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet weekly and monthly goals. * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Familiarity with Medicaid and Waiver services is a plus but not required.
