Our steel is used in the engine and gear components, in fuel injection systems, in tyres, springs or connecting elements. Our customers are Tier 1, 2 and 3 suppliers in the automotive industry, service centers, fabricators, suppliers for mining equipment and many more. Position: Inside Sales Inside Sales Support the GM in the following areas as directed: * Quote monthy pricing to customer * Follow up on quotes * Share status report with customers * Organize meetings with collegaues in Germnay as well as the customer to improve communication. Accounts Receivable Support the GM in the following areas as directed: * Calculation of invoice due dates and subsequent issuance of the invoices to the customers; * Notification of due dates to the Accounts Receivable Department; * Processing of payments received from customers and notification of such to DH / SAG * Issuance of statements of accounts as requested by customers; * Follow up for payment of invoices in coordination with the Accounts Receivable Department of DH / SAG * Notification to interested parties, including Sales, of deductions taken by customers and monitoring their resolution. Accounts Payable Support the GM in the following areas as directed: * Verification and approval of invoices received from vendors; * Forwarding of approved invoices to DH /SAG for payment; * Resolution of disputed invoices in coordination with the Accounts Payable Department of DH / SAG and Sales; * Issue payments to NA-vendors for expenses to be paid by Dillinger Saarstahl America LLC. Certification & Claims * Send out certifications to customers. Respond to recertification requests, modifications on certification and customer inquiries on current and pending certificates. * Handle claims, including working with Sales Manager (SM) in terms of credibility of claim, calculation of amount and sums for debit and credit notes for concession plates or recertification. Post claims into CRM and send matching debit / credit notes to customer once approved by DH / SAG. * Come to resolution with customer and mill with respect to extra plates produced or shortfall with mill and customer. Report Generation / Maintenance * Upload LLC's customer documents on customer's internal website (certs., packing list, dispatch notes, etc.) * Create customer order status reports. * Create an order recap sheet & organize order entry for new orders. * Maintain internal documented record of Agency's procedures.
