Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solar solutions. * Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Manage cash handling and operate the cash register accurately. * Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure product displays are appealing. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
