In this role, you'll meet with homeowners to offer premium solutions for roofing, siding, and window replacement projects. With pre- qualified leads, paid training, and a top-tier commission structure, you'll be empowered to grow your income and your career. Key Responsibilities: * Run pre-qualified appointments with homeowners (no cold calling). * Accurately measure, estimate, and quote exterior renovation projects. * Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight our superior products and services. * Close deals and draft detailed, professional contracts. * Provide ongoing customer relationship management during and after installation. * Stay current with product knowledge in roofing, siding, and windows. * Generate additional leads via referrals and satisfied customers. Qualifications: * Sales experience preferred (construction, remodeling, or in-home sales ideal). * Strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-based sales approach. * Knowledge of roofing, siding, and window systems (training provided). * Ability to measure, estimate, and produce accurate proposals. * Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
