What You'll Be Doing * Developing Growth Strategies Identify new business opportunities, build market strategies, and expand our reach. * Building and Managing Key Relationships Work closely with current clients while developing new partnerships. * Leading Sales Efforts Drive revenue by presenting our high-quality LED solutions to decision-makers. * Managing the Sales Pipeline Track leads, organize proposals, and stay ahead of the game using Monday.com CRM. * Collaborating with Internal Teams Work with sales, marketing, and operations to streamline business expansion. * Delivering Results Meet (or exceed) sales goals while keeping our clients happy and engaged. What You Bring to the Table * A track record of leadership You've successfully managed sales or business development before. * Goal-driven mindset You set high targets and know how to achieve them. * Strong negotiation skills You don't just pitchyou close deals. * Experience with CRM tools You can navigate a sales pipeline like a pro. * Excellent communication & relationship-building skills You know how to make an impact.
