Position Overview: We are seeking Full-Time Swimming Pool Sales Consultants to join our team. This role combines inside and outside sales, working directly with clients to design and sell pools. You will play a key role in driving revenue while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively drive and increase pool sales in designated territories. * Provide a "knock-their-socks-off" customer experience by creating pool designs that exceed expectations. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and team members. * Respond promptly to all client inquiries; no calls should go to voicemail. * Support field staff and coordinate with them for project success. * Be present on key project milestones such as dig days. * Listen to and resolve customer complaints with the Service Manager. * Complete weekly and daily reports as assigned. * Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications: * Experience: 3-5 years in outside sales or a college degree with 1-2 years of work experience. * Strong computer proficiency, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication abilities. * A passion for meeting people and delivering solutions that foster long-term relationships. * Knowledge of the swimming pool industry and pool design software is a plus but not required. * Must have reliable transportation, an excellent driving record, and be punctual and dependable. * Demonstrates a "closer" mentality with a high signup ratio. * Energetic, happy, and customer-focused individuals thrive in this role.
