JOB DESCRIPTION Sales Support Representative About the Role In this role, you will be the key link between customers, sales team, and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. You'll handle order processing, support sales administration, and proactively assist customers. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. * Process orders, credits, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. * Manage sales administration, including record-keeping and order tracking. * Communicate proactively with customers about backorders, ETAs, and product details. * Support teamwork by sharing information and assisting colleagues. * Stay engaged in training and self-development to improve skills. * Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. What We 're Looking For: * Experience in customer service, sales support, or administration. * Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order management systems (preferred). * A positive, team-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
