Job Overview: Inside sales position with a stainless steel service center in the East Cleveland area. Applicant must have sales background. Bachelor's degree a plus, or experience in related field. The ideal candidate would possess the following: * excellent written and verbal skills * tenacity to manage the sales cycle from lead generation to fulfillment * proficient in prospecting and data mining * strong negotiation skills with the capacity to build strong, long-term relationships * willingness to travel to build customer base as needed Exceptional compensation consisting of base salary plus commission; and a positive, team oriented work environment.
