About the Junior Studio Partner Role This role is like running your own business--without the heavy upfront investment. As a Junior Studio Partner, you'll work closely with the Studio Partner to lead and expand the studio, drive revenue, and produce real results. We're looking for someone with a strong sales background, a passion for independence, and an unstoppable drive to win. This isn't the right fit for someone who needs constant supervision or step- by-step guidance. It's built for ambitious self-starters, proven sales performers, and those who excel in a high-energy environment. The Junior Studio Partner position is designed as a stepping stone to becoming a full Studio Partner, typically within 3-6 months based on performance. Key Responsibilities * Manage the entire sales process--handling cold, warm, and referral leads. * Turn first-time clients into loyal, returning members. * Perform whitening treatments as the lead specialist. * Monitor your performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed goals. Core Areas of Focus Sales and Growth * Maximize sales of treatments and retail products. * Increase client retention by promoting membership plans. * Drive lead generation efforts to bring in new clientele. Client Success * Proactively handle any client concerns and manage appointment logistics. * Educate each client on the value and benefits of We Whiten's offerings. Operations and Studio Management * Keep the studio environment organized and operating at peak performance. * Track and manage KPIs with the mindset of an owner. Who We're Looking For * 2+ years of proven sales success, preferably in membership-based or direct-to-consumer industries. * Strong closer with excellent communication skills. * Works well independently without needing constant guidance. * Highly accountable, coachable, and quick to implement feedback. * Comfortable working regular schedules that include Saturdays and some holidays. Ideal Candidate Traits * Self-motivated, confident, and adaptable. * Competitive nature with a hunger for success. * Excels in a dynamic, client-focused atmosphere. * Background in commission-driven roles such as car sales, fitness memberships, or door-to-door sales is highly preferred.
