We are seeking candidates who possess: POLICYSCOUT is hiring for our SALT LAKE CITY location! We're seeking call center professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by performance-based pay. As a Qualifying insurance representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers who have requested information online for life, health and Medicare supplement insurance, then transferring customers to the right insurance providers. A Qualifying Insurance representative must be passionate about what our company has to offer and truly believe in the process of our business. Your primary goal is to engage customers and encourage them to learn more about their coverage options. This is a sales-focused position that doesn't involve selling a specific product. Starting pay at $18.25 plus commission. We will be training you to be successful. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Answering calls from customers who have requested information online for life, health, and Medicare supplement insurance. * Assessing customer needs and transferring them to licensed insurance agents who can provide further assistance. * Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor on every call. * Embracing our company's mission and believing in our business process.
