Position Overview We are looking for a Solar Sales Manager to lead and develop a high- performing team of residential appointment setters. In this role, you will train, mentor, and guide your team to: * Canvass neighborhoods to identify homeowners who qualify for solar. * Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy. * Schedule informational appointments with our expert sales consultants. Your primary focus will be driving team performance and ensuring exceptional service for homeowners. Key Responsibilities * Recruit, train, and lead a team of residential appointment setters. * Develop strategies to increase appointment setting and conversion rates. * Provide ongoing coaching and support to maximize team success. * Monitor and report key performance metrics to optimize results. * Foster a high-energy, goal-driven team culture. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive lead generation. Qualifications You 're a great fit if you: * Have proven experience in sales management , preferably in solar, home improvement, or door-to-door sales (e.g., DirecTV, Pest Control, Alarm, Smart Home). * Excel in leadership roles and know how to motivate and develop teams. * Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Have reliable transportation and a smartphone with data. * Are 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ideal Prior Experience: * Background in residential canvassing or field sales. * Experience in hospitality or the service industry. * Prior work in the solar industry (a significant plus).
