Territory Sales Rep The nation's #1 franchise staffing company, Express Employment Professionals, is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Territory Sales Rep to join their multi-award-winning branch in Roseville, MI! This position includes a base salary + uncapped monthly bonuses! Summary The Territory Sales Rep (TSR) primary emphasis is on bringing in new business. This is done by qualifying potential business opportunities and contacting key decision makers, through phone. Email, networking, and in person sales calls. Successful people in this role are comfortable engaging with businesspeople at all levels and selling critical business services. This requires the ability to use consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning and listening techniques, etc.) and the discipline to be persistent while following a daily and weekly plan and demonstrating the desire and drive to become a top performing sales professional. Position Responsibilities: * Effectively meet with decision-makers to assess needs and to secure accounts * Make a combination of weekly business-to-business sales calls, including phone and in-person visits, * Document 100% of calls in the automated system and set a next action step to keep prospects/clients in the sales pipeline. * Develop a quarterly sales plan identifying potential new clients and business opportunities. * Take the lead in coordinating ongoing sales activities for top prospects. * Prepare and execute a daily sales plan to maximize territory management * Use the automated system to prepare a daily sales plan identifying companies and offices to visit. * Introduce Express through discovery, planned, appointment, and telephone calls. * Attend local community networking events Requirements * Prefer a minimum of 6 months - 1 year of business to business sales experience * Experience with cold calling and prospecting new clients * Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs, email, & google docs * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation * Base salary of $45,000 * Monthly commissions (uncapped) * Mileage reimbursement * realistic 1st year expectations $50-60K Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Quarterly bonus Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * B2B sales: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * Roseville, MI 48066 (Required) Work Location: In person
