Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. * Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits. * Perform cash handling duties accurately and responsibly. * Maintain knowledge of current stock levels and assist in inventory management. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary. * Apply retail math skills to manage transactions and ensure accurate pricing. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Arabic language is mandatory. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. * Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Experience with cash handling procedures is required. * Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role. * Previous experience in Sales or in the industry is an asset.
