Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping experience. * Provide product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing. * Assist in inventory management by restocking products and conducting regular stock checks. * Communicate promotions, sales, and new arrivals to customers effectively. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. * Uphold store standards for cleanliness and organization throughout the retail space. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone when necessary. * Strong communication skills to effectively sell products and connect with customers. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
