Our fast-growing office and production facility in Roselle, Illinois, is expanding and seeking an experienced professional to join our team. Position Overview: We are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to accomplish the inside sales function and customer service duties at our Roselle facility. This multi-function role involves preparing, recording, and tracking quotes and orders while ensuring accurate information is maintained. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, capable of handling multiple priorities and have prior quoting experience on a multitude of items. Key Responsibilities: * Answer technical inquiries or application requests for customers * Analyze quotes and suggest technical/mechanical solutions * Efficiently prepare, record and track customer orders * Resolve quotes and order discrepancies and issues Qualifications: * 3+ year of experience in the customer service function with technical/mechanical parts or similar quoting * Excellent organizational, communication, customer service and problem-solving skills * 2-year mechanical degree or a degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is a plus * Previous CRM experience a plus Additional Information: This is a full-time position based at our Roselle, Illinois office.
