Outbound Sales Representative - Clive Power Equipment (Full Time) Clive Power Equipment, Iowa's largest dealer of Toro, Exmark, and Stihl outdoor lawn, garden & power equipment, is looking for a driven and energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and actively generating new business. As an Outbound Sales Rep, you'll take the lead in prospecting, reaching out to potential customers, and following up with leads to drive equipment, parts, & service sales. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calling, emails, and in-person visits. * Qualify prospects, understand customer needs, and recommend the right equipment, parts, or service solutions. * Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to close sales and grow repeat business. * Represent Clive Power Equipment at local events, trade shows, or demos to promote our products and services. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer experience. * Stay up to date on our product lines, promotions, and industry trends to effectively educate and advise customers. * Collaborate closely with key vendor representatives to maintain strong partnerships and stay informed on the latest product updates, equipment enhancements, and industry developments. Qualifications: * Strong sales acumen with the ability to confidently initiate and manage outbound sales efforts. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. * Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools. * Basic mechanical knowledge or a willingness to learn about outdoor power equipment. * Valid driver's license. * Prior experience in sales--especially in lawn, garden, outdoor equipment, agriculture, or mechanical --is preferred but not required.
