Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead Sales and Marketing within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales with a proven track record of enhancing sales performance and improving customer satisfaction. As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market strategies. Responsibilities * Lead and manage Sales and Marketing activities. * Cold Calling atleast 50 prospects every day. * Generate Leads and achieve Sales Targets. * Travel throughout Ontario to meet clients and prospects. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. * Maintain administrative records related to sales. Qualifications * Proven skills in Sales and Cold Calling. * Extrovert or a People Person. * Must have a valid Drivers License and a vehicle. * Must be able to travel 100% * Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior. * Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands.
