Our work environment includes: * Generous Commission structure * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training * Company perks * Flexible working hours Responsibilities: * Scout storm-affected areas and prospect roofing opportunities. * Meet with insurance adjusters, develop project scopes, and finalize contracts with property owners. * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients * Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process * Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Requirements: * Reliable Transportation * Smart Phone * Ability to climb a ladder and walk on roofs * Sales experience (preferred) * Construction/Roofing experience (preferred) We offer very competitive compensation.
