As a Junior Sales Associate at Progen Industries, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and managing customer relationships. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within the company. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, CRM management, and the power generation industry. This is an on-site position based at our Mulberry corporate office and requires daily in-person attendance. Relocation assistance is not available. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update customer data in our CRM system to ensure accurate and timely communication. * Assist in the development of sales strategies and outreach initiatives. * Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential leads. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes. * Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge of the power generation industry. Qualifications: Eagerness to learn and grow within the company. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge or experience in the power generation industry is a plus, but not required. Full-Time PROGEN employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment (effective the 1st of the following month). PROGEN pays 75% of eligible employee's health insurance premium, and 100% employee Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and Life/AD&D insurance premiums. Additional Life/AD&D, Long Term Disability and dependent coverages are available at employee's cost. Full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay upon hire.
