Summary What We Are Seeking: We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who: * Aspires to achieve an annual income of $100,000 or more * Is committed to continuous professional development * Is ready to work full-time, including evenings and weekends Reach out to us to schedule an interview and discover how our agents have become part of the top 1% in our area. Responsibilities * Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes * Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria * Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
