Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Gacha! Gacha is a new local-owned business that plans to bring Japanese toys, anime figurines, and cute blind boxes to Madison! Duties * Engage with customers and explain what Gacha is/how it works * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately. * Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively. * Inventory management, including restocking shelves, machines and conducting regular stock checks. * Demonstrate products through engaging product demos to enhance customer experience and drive sales. * Other tasks as needed. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. * Liking anime is a plus! * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively. * Ability to work flexible hours * A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques.
