Your Role We are looking for a passionate and dedicated team member who is a natural salesperson that will love our products and are driven to exceed sales goals. Your role is to sell our super natural, beyond organic products through direct communications including regular in-person sales visits, calls, emails, texts, etc. You and your CRM are best friends, and you are goal driven. You will be excited to develop new customers, as well as manage current relationships. Your typical week is Monday through Friday however there will be times when you will be required on weekends. As a proud EDUN Ambassador, you thrive on being a leader, you are a self-starter, look forward the opportunity to train dispensary managers and their bud tender team educating them on our soil to oil processes. More specifically, you'll be responsible for selling EDUN products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, in person meetings, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support. You are a natural at closing deals and are self-assured. Responsibilities * Actively pursue new accounts through prospecting and qualify new sales leads. * Build new business through extreme client focus. Show respect and treat customers as long term partners. * Schedule in-person meetings and presentations with prospects and customers. * Develop strong, ongoing relationships with Procurement Managers. You love talking to people across all walks of life, easily relatable. * Track all communications, tasks and sales activities in our CRM system, keeping records current by updating account contact info and communications on a daily basis. * Attend weekly sales meetings; ready to share your sales figures, goals, activities, market conditions and obstacles met in the field. * Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects. * Travel required (30-50%). Must have a fully licensed, insured, reliable vehicle. * Meet and/or exceed assigned sales goals. * Address and resolve any of your customer AR issues. * Visit all of your customers, in person, on a regular, rotating basis. * Deliver (or visit upon delivery of) samples and orders to prospects and customers. * Bud Tender education, training and pop-ups. Weekends may occasionally be required. * High Integrity, you do the right thing, even when no one is looking. * Mission Driven. You believe in our mission and evangelizes to others. Qualifications * Ideally, 2+ years of B2B cannabis sales experience. * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. * Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Extremely self-motivated. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to qualify for an MED badge a requirement. * Current Colorado resident. * Must possess a valid Colorado driver's license, a clean driving record, proof of car insurance, and reliable vehicle. * Must have a fully licensed, insured, reliable vehicle. * Must be proficient with CRM programs. * There will be extensive greater Denver travel. You're expected to conduct 30-50% of your business on the road. * Your work is performed remotely. * Having a passion and working knowledge of cannabis (or willingness to learn) is a must. * Willing and even excited to learn about our super natural garden from soil to oil techniques.
