JOB SUMMARY Sales Support will work with Sales Account Managers and learn all aspects of the route for both small and large format. Once familiar with all routes and responsibilities, Sales Support will cover for vacations, absences and during manager work withs. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent * Possess a valid FL driver's license * Sales experience preferred * Able to successfully complete sales and cicerone training programs ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES * Learn the processes and procedures associated with a Sales Rep * Communicate in a friendly, pleasant and tactful manner * Understand and sell our full portfolio of products * Learn how to merchandise accounts and position our products competitvely * Develop a respected sales relationship with each account * Able to confidently make a convincing sales presentation * Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to deliver under time constraints * Assist with building and taking down large displays * Assemble and deliver POS (Racks, Display Decorations) * Help with resets * Work deliveries for Large Format accounts when covering for a Sales Rep PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Repetitive lifting of objects weighing 20 lbs. or more on a daily basis * Repetitive entering, exiting, operating and riding in a vehicle on a daily basis * Heavy lifting of objects weighing up to 170 lbs. on an occasional basis * Repetitive pushing/pulling of a hand-truck loaded with beer on an occasional basis Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Company car * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Vision insurance Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
