Now Hiring: Inside Sales Support - ACE Roofing & ConstructionAre you ready to join a fun, fast-paced team in the home improvement industry? ACE Roofing & Construction is looking for a motivated and organized individual to support our sales team. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the quoting and estimating process, helping customers bring their projects to life.Key Responsibilities: * Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and estimates * Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person * Answer and manage multi-line phone systems * Maintain organized records and project documentation * Support day-to-day office operations alongside a team of 4-5 coworkers * Troubleshoot issues and help find creative solutions * Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For: * Strong communication and customer service skills * Tech-savvy and confident using computers and digital tools * Highly organized with the ability to multitask * Self-motivated and able to take direction * Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset * Positive, team-oriented attitude * Preferred: Background in construction, home improvement, or related fields Work Environment: * In-office position located in Evansville, IN * Collaborative setting with a dynamic, supportive team * Fast-paced during peak seasons with opportunity for growth If you're looking for a role where you can grow, contribute, and be part of a strong, supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!
