Daily Mailer Consultant Rapidly Growing Company in CLEARWATER, FL looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative. PostcardMania Background: * Our CEO built this company so people can enjoy coming to work every day. * We have an in-house cafe, yoga and fitness classes in addition to all of the normal benefits like insurance, PTO, and on-the-job training. * We have over 300 employees. * We are a fast-moving group of EXTREMELY hard workers. Your Mission: All sales are done over the phone. We do ZERO COLD CALLING and have over 2500 new leads per week, distributed to over 35 sales pros that means the moment you are trained and sitting in your seat you'll be on the phones with business owners calling in about our services and helping them get the right service for their business! Work Hours: * Full-time in-office position * Monday - Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch Compensation: * This is an entry level position with potential to advance in sales * Pay starts at $15/ hour while you complete 90 days of training * After 90 days with a favorable review, pay bumps to $16.25/hr. + weekly bonuses Requirements * Experience in selling over the phone is a plus but NOT required. * Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and can have a conversation with anyone. * Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize without stressing out. * Persistent and can get things done despite obstacles/barriers. * Ability to close a sale * Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed. * Pleasant phone voice * Ability to leave messages that are upbeat and spark the prospect's interest * Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Benefits * Medical, dental and vision * 401K * Short- and Long-Term Disability * Paid Vacation time that increases with longevity * 6 paid holidays (NY Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) * Incredible company culture that provides a relaxed yet super productive work environment
