Training provided at $18/hr Guarantee to make $40,000 per year or more. Our average retail sales consultants earn over $55,000/year with top performers earning over $100k on a base plus commission and bonus scale. As a La-Z-Boy furniture sales representative, you will also enjoy a competitive benefits package: Responsibilities; Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for interior spaces * Learn to sketch rooms and find out customer's needs * Develop rooms that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of spaces. * Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and color palettes based on color theory principles. Select tables, area rugs, wall art, lighting, and accessories to complete the space. * Assist with presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients * Work as part of a team of sales associates and designers Requirements * Passion for Interior Design or a related field. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
