If so, we want you on our team! * What You 'll Do: * Provide top-notch customer support, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries. * Assist customers with technical questions related to power generation products and services. * Build out quotes, process orders, and manage contracts. * Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver solutions. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. What We 're Looking For: * Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude - understanding of power generation is a plus! * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. * Experience in sales, customer support, or a related technical role is a plus.
