Responsibilities: * Customer Service: * Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. * Resolving customer issues and complaints related to insurance policies. * Providing accurate and timely information about insurance products and services. * Documenting customer interactions and requests. * Assisting with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations. * Policy Management: * Creating and processing new insurance policies. * Maintaining and updating policy records. * Helping clients understand their insurance coverage. * Communication: * Communicating effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing. * Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. * Working collaboratively with other team members. Requirements: License A valid insurance license is typically required to conduct insurance-related business * Thorough knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures. * Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements. * Skills: * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
