Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to conduct product demonstrations that showcase our offerings. Duties * Manage and develop relationships within assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities. * Conduct product demos to potential clients, effectively showcasing features and benefits. * Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Negotiate terms of sales agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. * Generate leads through various channels, including networking events and referrals. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Experience * Proven experience in territory management or similar sales roles is preferred. * Familiarity with technology sales or related industries is a plus. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services effectively. * Experience in lead generation techniques, including cold calling strategies. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
