Overview Sales Development are responsible for finding, qualifying, and generating new customers to drive continued sales growth. This position qualifies for base salary plus commissions. A Sales Development teammate is: * A self-starter * Highly motivated * Possess strong sales skills * Can identify and develop new customers * Can identify and develop new business from existing customers Responsibilities * Generate new business * Contact prospective customers to solicit appropriate services based on customer's needs. Answer service, pricing, and credit terms questions * Manage and direct customer experience through entire COGISTICS Transportation LLC team to ensure complete customer satisfaction * Continue relations and business with existing customers while maintaining ongoing support and problem resolution * Negotiate pricing and finalize services contracts Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required * Ability to manage multiple tasks * Proficiency with MS Office suite and other software applications * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Exceptional phone skills * Confident decision-making skills * Bilingual/Multilingual not required but a plus Training Provided * MercuryGate TMS * IAC Security * Hazardous Materials Here 's what you can expect from us * 401(k) safe harbor 3% after 1 year of continuous employment. * Medical, Dental, Vision insurance - effective on the 1st of the month following 60 days of continuous employment. * Paid time off - increases based on tenure. * Holiday Pay - 6 paid holidays per year. * Bonus - year-end bonus eligible.
