Key Responsibilities * Build relationships with customers during on-site property inspections, guiding them toward confident purchasing decisions. * Evaluate properties for roofing and exterior restoration needs, identifying site-specific challenges and educating clients on appropriate solutions. * Collaborate with the inside sales team by gathering necessary data. (ex. photos, measurements, and inspection reports) * Utilize CRM tools to document interactions, track opportunities, and contribute to marketing initiatives for enhanced close ratios. * Serve as a trusted advisor by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless sales process from start to finish. Qualifications * 2 years of related sales or customer service experience.
