General Summary: The primary responsibility of the Sales Coordinator is to identify and develop new and re-occurring business within a designated territory. The successful Coordinator will enjoy frequent interaction with others while maintaining a positive and constructive view. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and achieving goals is a critical element of this role as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and consistently possess a "can do" attitude. Here's some of what you will have the opportunity to do: - Meets or exceeds activity, admission and sales goals - Services existing accounts, obtains admissions and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new business clients - Utilizes referral source penetration to identify additional areas, departments or locations that Relevar/Alivity may provide services to existing customers to increase sales - Represents Relevar/Alivity in the field in a professional manner at all times, including recruitment of field staff or other potential business opportunities or community relations opportunities while networking in the community Qualifications & Education Required: - Degree in Business, Marketing, or Health related field PREFERRED - Two years sales experience, or previous experience in the administrative/operational health care arena - Able to work independently, as a self-starter, and have personal accountability - Effective time management skills, and able to plan and organize - Excellent communication skills, oral and written; ability to persuade, build and maintain business relationships and provide excellent customer service - Computer literate, experience with MS Office - Perform to current and future goals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Shift: * 10 hour shift Application Question(s): * Do you have Private duty home care sales experience?
