Overview A perfect student job! We are seeking a dedicated Assisting Real Estate Manager to oversee our property portfolio and ensure optimal performance in all aspects of real estate management. Responsibilities * Conducting routine inspections * Respond to tenants and other stakeholder request * Analyze and plan property issue resolution * Prepare, conduct and document tenant meetings * Maintain and grow contractor database with rating (availability, responsibility, quality) * Define and communicate request for service and proposal to contractors * Plan and conduct contractor onsite time with completion report * Plan and conduct showings with known potential tenants or other stakeholders * Conduct small maintenance (light bulbs, etc.) Requirements * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and vendors * Good organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple properties simultaneously. * Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate operations. * Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. * Ability to recognize small issues and risks (attention to detail) * Motivation to learn new things. You will start with a time budget of 24 hours per month and can select your work time depending on reported issues and scheduled appointments. The payment will be above minimum pay in Michigan.
