We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to play a crucial role in our operations at the headquarters in Aurora, IL. This is not a Remote Position. Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic Sales Team, developing various markets and nurturing relationships with key customers. This is not just an entry-level position but a stepping stone to a rewarding career. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Interaction: Serve as the direct point of contact for key customers, ensuring exceptional service and support. * Order Management: Process daily workflow for orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. * Project Tracking: Enter, monitor, and manage customer projects from start to completion. * Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipping schedules, shipping documents, and advanced shipping notifications. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support. * Sample Fulfillment: Process and fulfill customer sample requests as needed. * Inventory Management Support: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse teams. * Shipping & Receiving Assistance: Support shipping and receiving operations as required. * Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation related to standard operating procedures and order processing. * Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support sales and operations. Qualifications: * Experience: Prior experience in inside sales, order processing, or customer service within the fastener or manufacturing industry is preferred. * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with shipping documentation, inventory systems, and order management processes. Skills: * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems. * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
