Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities * Call Management: Handle a high volume of calls daily, engaging with potential clients and delivering exceptional first impressions. * Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects to ensure a strong pipeline of potential clients. * Closing. Close prospective leads at the last steps of the funnel. Apply urgency sales tactics to meet your quota. * Goal-Oriented Performance: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls, meetings set, and conversions. * Client Engagement: Build strong rapport with leads and clients through personable and professional communication. * Continuous Learning: Quickly grasp new concepts and gain a deep understanding of our unique value propositions and the legal services landscape. * Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve outreach processes.
