The Wholesale Sales Representative is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of the direct sales of Theory Wellness products to our partner accounts. Responsibilities: * Conducting frequent sales calls and maintaining active sales relationships with all assigned accounts * Prospecting sales territory for new sales opportunities * Keep accurate updated records * Achieve and surpass assigned sales quotas * Plan and conduct staff trainings for partner accounts * Participate in new product launches and sales activation events * Monitor competitive products and pricing in the market * Research national cannabis industry trends * Provide marketing support for Theory products in all sales accounts * Review orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance * Learn all aspects of Theory's products and become a master of product knowledge * Develop working knowledge of all CCC regulations Full Time Employee Benefits: (part-time*) * Health/Dental/Vision/Life * Pet Insurance/Legal Plan/EAP * Paid time off * Employee discounts * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (some locations) Requirements: * Two years of related sales experience, cannabis industry a plus * Bachelor's degree * Demonstrated success in a CPG sales role * Able to adapt to changes * Reliable Transportation * Ability to perform repetitive tasks * High energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done * Available to work occasionally on Weekends * At least 21 years of age * Ability to pass a comprehensive background check - No drug-related felony convictions * Valid Driver's License Theory Wellness Inc. is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
