Description: * Outside Sales Representative Location: Coral Springs, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive Base + Commission (DOE) * Join Decimal Engineering - a leader in precision manufacturing - and drive growth across advanced fabrication industries.* We're seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to promote our full range of services: precision sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, laser cutting, stamping, screw machining, and wire EDM. This role requires regular travel and on-site customer visits, so confidence in face-to-face client engagement is a must. * What You 'll Do * Prospect & Grow - Identify new B2B opportunities through research, cold calling, referrals, and industry networking * Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on understanding their needs and delivering solutions * Sales Execution - Conduct on-site visits, deliver presentations, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals * Team Collaboration - Coordinate with engineering, production, and customer service to ensure successful project delivery * Market Awareness - Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer demands to spot new opportunities * Brand Representation - Attend trade shows, events, and client meetings to represent Decimal and grow the company's presence zr Requirements: * What You Bring * 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience (manufacturing or industrial preferred) * Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (a plus) * CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50%) and conduct in-person customer visits * Bonus Points For * Experience in custom or contract manufacturing sales * Existing contacts in industries such as aerospace, medical, electronics, or automotive * Familiarity with precision manufacturing processes like CNC machining or sheet metal fabrication If you're a self-starter with a passion for solving customer problems and growing business through technical sales--we 'd love to hear from you.
