Appointment Setter - Overview Brickworks Property Restoration is seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through outbound and warm calling techniques. Your primary goal will be to generate appointments for our sales team by effectively communicating the value of our masonry restoration services. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a passion for relationship-building, and the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations. Key Duties: * Conduct outbound calls to homeowners and property managers to introduce our masonry restoration services. * Use warm calling techniques to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, web inquiries, and referrals. * Clearly communicate the benefits of brick and masonry repair, chimney restoration, tuckpointing, and related services to generate interest. * Schedule in-home or virtual consultations for the sales team by effectively qualifying and engaging prospects. * Accurately document all calls, appointments, and interactions using our CRM software. * Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates. * Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the appointment-setting process to uphold our brand reputation. Experience & Qualifications: * Experience in home improvement, construction, or service-based industries preferred. * Proven background in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service roles. * Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections. * Comfortable using CRM systems and call-tracking tools. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
