Outside Sales Representative | Competitive Pay | Monthly Commission Program Benefits: * Company Provided Car * Monthly Commission Program * Premium Free Employee Healthcare * 401k with Company Match Job Description: * Develop and implement a segment-specific sales strategy. * Work with Inside Sales Department and Sales Management to establish pricing guidelines for customers. * Coordinate orders with sales department to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. * Resolve customer complaints regarding damaged/incorrect material and deliver/inventory problems. * Assess profit potential of all existing and prospective accounts. * Effectively use CRM to regularly update account plans and objectives as appropriate to the profit and sales potential of each customer. * Respond to periodic requests for information from management and corporate functions. * Encourage all customers to deepen their business relationships with Norfolk Iron through parallel setting and cost saving initiatives.
