Job Overview Seeking a dynamic and results-driven manufacturing Sales and Marketing professional to lead sales initiatives and marketing strategies of manufactured parts. This role is essential in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, and maintaining brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for customer service. Candidates must have prior experience in turf maintenance equipment, automotive parts (non-dealership) , agriculture or related industries. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising. * Maintain accurate inventory control to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand. * Utilize Advanced Excel, CRM system and ERP system (Acumatica) for data analysis and reporting on sales performance metrics. * Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry. Requirements * 3+ years of proven experience in industrial parts and sales and marketing in a mechanical manufacturing industry * Experience in turf maintenance equipment, automotive parts (non-dealership) , agriculture equipment, or related industries. * Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field. * Strong mechanical understanding. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficient in Advanced Excel, CRM system and ERP system (Acumatica) for data analysis and reporting on sales performance metrics. * Familiarity with inventory control processes and techniques. * Strong customer service orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Must be able to travel to customer locations, as needed * Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer/ No Sponsorships. * This is an on-site role. Candidates must reside in the Sacramento, CA metro area. No relocation assistance will be provided.
