Key Responsibilities * Manage and close high-ticket moving brokerage sales from inbound leads --no cold calling required. * Utilize Granot CRM to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities. * Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets within a competitive, fast-paced environment. * Maintain full-time, in-office attendance and be available for additional overtime work from home when necessary. Requirements * Minimum of 1+ years of moving industry sales experience with a proven track record of success. * Strong background in moving brokerage sales is highly preferred. * Highly motivated, energetic, and financially driven to exceed goals. * Ability to commute to or relocate to Fort Lauderdale, FL.
