Responsibilities Include: * Assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales campaigns designed to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition. * Engage with customers in-person at promotional events, creating memorable brand interactions and fostering long-term customer relationships. * Help organize, coordinate, and distribute marketing materials at live events, ensuring maximum brand visibility. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and implement fresh, innovative outreach strategies. * Represent client brands in a professional, enthusiastic manner that aligns with their mission and values. * Guide new customers through registration, onboarding, and product/service inquiries with top-tier professionalism and enthusiasm. * Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics , contributing ideas for process improvements and strategy enhancements. * Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all event attendees while maintaining strong client relationships. What We Look For: * Must be 18 years or older. * Must have reliable transportation (this is an on-site role). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and growing. * Ability to think creatively and strategically in a competitive marketing space. * Authorized to work in the U.S. (we do not offer sponsorship at this time). * Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or hospitality is a plus--but not required!
